Human Resources Manager
Description
Our restaurant group is hiring a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for managing the firm's human resources development, policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager may need to develop training programs for Human Resources employees, maintain HR databases and support the hiring department. In addition, candidates will be required to hire, train and supervise staff as necessary. The Human Resources Manager will also serve as a liaison between HR departments and other departments within the firm to ensure smooth employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the acquisition of new employees.
- Consult with employment agencies and hire recruiters when needed.
- Evaluate resumes and other documentation submitted by applicants.
- Order and maintain supplies for employment processes.
- Research and implement new methods for attracting and retaining employees.
- Supervise payroll personnel.
- Create reports based on data related to staffing levels.
- Organize information on personnel such as their personal data, education, benefits, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,161.00 - $125,764.00 per year
